800.451 “State correctional facility” defined.

Sec. 1.

    As used in this act, "state correctional facility" means a facility or institution which houses an inmate population under the jurisdiction of the department of corrections. State correctional facility includes a correctional camp, community correction center, state prison, and a state reformatory.
