1. The Department of Human Services is
hereby created.
2. The Department consists of a Director
and the following divisions:
(a) Aging and Disability Services Division.
(b) Division of Public and Behavioral Health.
(c) Division of Social Services.
(d) Division of Child and Family Services.
3. The Department is the sole agency
responsible for administering the provisions of law relating to its respective
divisions.
