NRS 278A.380 Enforcement and modification of plan.
1. The enforcement and modification of the plan as finally approved, whether or not the plan is recorded by plat, covenant, easement or otherwise, are subject to the ordinance adopted pursuant to this chapter and the provisions contained in NRS 278A.390, 278A.400 and 278A.410.
2. The enforcement and modification of the plan must not impair the reasonable reliance of the residents and owners upon the plan or result in changes that would adversely affect the public interest.
