NRS 388G.310 Authority of board of trustees to waive requirements of
regulations for public school adopting program. The
board of trustees of a school district may waive the requirements of regulations
of the board of trustees and the State Board for a public school within the
district that adopts a program of school-based decision making. The board of
trustees may not waive statutory requirements.
