NRS 442.265 Hospital to submit monthly report to State Registrar of Vital
Statistics. Each hospital shall
submit a monthly report to the State Registrar of Vital Statistics which
contains the following information:
1. The number of patients admitted for hospital care for a complication which resulted from an abortion;
2. The nature of the complication by its diagnostic name; and
3. The type of abortion.
