NRS 489.581 Rights and duties of debtor and secured party; perfection and
release of security interest. Compliance
with the provisions of this chapter relating to a security interest in a
manufactured home, mobile home, manufactured building or commercial coach is
sufficient for the perfection and release of that security interest. In all
other respects the rights and duties of the debtor and secured party are
governed by the Uniform Commercial Code—Secured Transactions and chapter 97 of NRS to the extent applicable.
