NRS 538.370 Duties of Attorney General. [Effective until the effective date
of the California-Nevada Interstate Compact (NRS 538.600).] At
the request of the Commission, the Attorney General, or whomever the Attorney
General may appoint, shall aid and assist the commissioners appointed for the
State of Nevada whenever necessary in order to facilitate the work in carrying
out the intent and purpose of NRS 538.270
to 538.410, inclusive.
