NRS 641.270 Complaints: Review; investigation. When
a complaint is filed with the Board, the Board or an investigator designated by
the Board shall review the complaint. If, upon completing the review of the
complaint, the Board or the investigator designated by the Board determines
that the complaint is not frivolous, the Board, through the President of the
Board and the investigator designated by the Board, shall investigate the
complaint.
