Chapter 61, Article 30 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Real Estate Appraisers
Act".

Delayed repeals. — For delayed repeal of this section, see 61-30-24 NMSA 1978.

The 1992 amendment, effective May 20, 1992, substituted "Chapter 61, Article 30
