ANNOTATIONS

Repeals. — Laws 1982, ch. 18, § 27, repealed 7-9-80 NMSA 1978, enacted by Laws
1975, ch. 263, § 9, relating to a credit for electrical energy tax or similar tax on
generation of electricity which may be applied against any gross receipts tax due,
effective July 1, 1982.
