Sections 1-820 through 1-840 of this act shall be known and may be cited as the "Residential Care Act". Added by Laws 1984, c. 128, § 1, eff. Nov. 1, 1984. Amended by Laws 1987, c. 98, § 1, emerg. eff. May 20, 1987.
