227.185 Transmission tower; location; conditions. The governing body of a city or its designee may allow the establishment of a transmission tower over 200 feet in height in any zone subject to reasonable conditions imposed by the governing body or its designee. [1983 c.827 §27a; 2019 c.13 §35]
