      305.635 Rate of withholding to be designated by city or county; forms. The city or county shall designate clearly the rate of withholding to be used by the State of Oregon or political subdivision and shall provide forms acceptable to the state or political subdivision to be used in reporting and remitting taxes withheld pursuant to the agreement.
