      461.548 Video lottery proceeds to be treated separately from other lottery proceeds. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Oregon State Lottery Commission shall meet the constitutional requirements for prizes and administrative costs separately for video and all other lottery games. The lottery commission shall not intermingle the results of video lottery games for the purpose of calculating the allowable limit on administrative expenses of other lottery games.
