      777.113 Port assistance to public bodies within port boundaries. Consistent with the purposes, functions and powers granted to it by law, a port may provide research or technical assistance for the planning, promotion or implementation of commercial, industrial or economic development projects upon request by any public body as defined in ORS 174.109 within the boundaries of the port.
