DEFINITIONS.

“In this title:“(1)Commission.—The term ‘Commission’ means the United States International Trade Commission.“(2)Chilean article.—The term ‘Chilean article’ means an article that qualifies as an originating good under section 202(a) of this Act.“(3)Chilean textile or apparel article.—The term ‘Chilean textile or apparel article’ means an article—“(A) that is listed in the Annex to the Agreement on Textiles and Clothing referred to in section 101(d)(4) of the Uruguay Round Agreements Act (19 U.S.C. 3511(d)(4)); and“(B) that is a Chilean article.
