DEFINITIONS.
“In this Act:“(1)Appropriate congressional committees.—The term ‘appropriate congressional committees’ means—“(A) the Committee on International Relations [now Committee on Foreign Affairs] and the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives; and“(B) the Committee on Foreign Relations and the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate.“(2)Palestinian authority.—The term ‘Palestinian Authority’ has the meaning given the term in section 620K(e)(2) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 [22 U.S.C. 2378b(e)(2)] (as added by section 2(b)(2) of this Act).”
