EFFECTIVE DATE.

“(a)In General.—Except as provided in subsection (b), this subtitle shall take effect on the date of enactment of this Act [Dec. 23, 2022].“(b)Exception.—Subsections (c)(1), (d), and (e) of section 5934 shall take effect on the date that is 120 days after the date of enactment of this Act.”
