SHORT TITLE; DEFINITION.

“(a)Short Title.—This title may be cited as the ‘Digital Television Transition and Public Safety Act of 2005’.“(b)Definition.—As used in this Act [probably should be “this title”], the term ‘Assistant Secretary’ means the Assistant Secretary for Communications and Information of the Department of Commerce.
