Foster, 77 S.E.2d 471 (Va. 1953). “Section 20-107, Code, 1950, provides, inter alia: "Upon decreeing the dissolution of a marriage, * * * from the bond of matrimony * * * the court may make such further decree as it shall deem expedient concerning the estate and the maintenance of the parties, or either of them,…”
