Rule 18. Transfer of case file from magistrate to circuit court when emergency protective order granted.

(1) Transfer to the circuit clerk. - Following the emergency hearing, the magistrate clerk shall cause the court file to be delivered to the circuit clerk immediately.

(a) Facsimile machine. - The circuit clerk and all magistrate court staff shall leave the facsimile machine on 24-hours-a-day every day to facilitate the transfer of financial exploitation protective orders.
