181.0740181.0740 Derivative proceedings; definition. In ss. 181.0740 to 181.0747, “derivative proceeding” means a civil suit in the right of a corporation or, to the extent provided in ss. 181.0741, 181.0743 and 181.0745 to 181.0747, in the right of a foreign corporation.
