32.5032.50 Definitions. In this subchapter:

32.50(1)(1) “Benefit district” means the area benefiting from and assessed for an improvement under this subchapter.

32.50(2)(2) “Board” means the board of assessment.

32.50(3)(3) “City” means any 1st class city.

32.50(4)(4) “Common council” means the common council of the city.
