(a) The identification card or digital identification card
shall resemble a Wyoming driver's license or digital driver's
license. It shall have:

          (i)    A distinguishing number assigned to the
registrant;

          (ii)    His full legal name;

          (iii)   His date of birth;

          (iv)    His resident address;

          (v)    A brief description including sex, height and
weight;

          (vi)    The registrant's full facial digital photograph;

          (vii) The following: "State of Wyoming"-
"Identification Card No. ...."-"FOR IDENTIFICATION PURPOSES
ONLY";

          (viii) The designations as provided for in W.S. 31-7-
139, 31-7-141 and 31-7-142; and

          (ix) The registrant's usual signature unless the
registrant is unable to make a signature.

     (b) Identification cards issued to a person who is not a
United States citizen but who has lawful status as defined by
title 6, section 37.3 of the Code of Federal Regulations shall
state "Not U.S. citizen".
