It shall be the duty of the clerk of each district court in the
state of Wyoming, upon the rendering of judgment by such court
in each and every case wherein is involved in any way, any
question affecting the title to any water right, irrigating or
water system of any kind whatever, to forthwith prepare, free of
charge, a certified copy of such judgment and forward the same
to the state board of control.
