Sec. 3.375.
Recycling center.
"Recycling center" means a
site or facility that accepts only segregated, nonhazardous, nonspecial,
homogeneous, nonputrescible materials, such as dry paper, glass, cans or
plastics, for subsequent use in the secondary materials market.
