    Sec. 9b. The Authority shall comply with the requirements imposed upon a Service Board in Sections 4.09(d) and 4.11 of the Regional Transportation Authority Act and with the requirements of Section 2.11 of the Regional Transportation Authority Act. The Authority shall present evidence that it has complied with Section 27a of this Act to the Regional Transportation Authority.
