705 ILCS 105/20 (2026)

The necessary rooms and office furniture, the proper vaults or other means for the safe keeping of the archives of their respective offices, shall be provided for the several clerks mentioned in the preceding section by the county boards of their respective counties, and the cost thereof paid out of the county treasury
