Members of the commission, the director, and other employees of the department shall be allowed their actual and necessary expenses while traveling on business of the department

Tue Dec 09 22:28:05 2025 Iowa Code 2026, Chapter 123 (93, 2) 11 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL, §123.14\n\nunder this chapter outside of their place of residence, however, an itemized account of such expenses shall be verified by the claimant and approved by the director. If such account is paid, the same shall be filed with the department and be and remain a part of its permanent records. Each member appointed to the commission is entitled to receive reimbursement of actual expenses incurred while attending meetings. Each member of the commission may also be eligible to receive compensation as provided in section 7E.6. All expenses and salaries of commission members, the director, and other employees shall be paid from appropriations for such purposes and the department shall be subject to the budget requirements of chapter 8.
