Any employee organization and public employer may sue or be sued as an entity under the provisions of this chapter. Service upon the public employer shall be in accordance with law or the rules of civil procedure. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to make any individual or the individual’s assets liable for any judgment against a public employer or an employee organization. [C75, 77, 79, 81, §20.23]
