1. All state agencies shall consider groundwater protection policies in the administration of their programs. Local agencies shall consider groundwater protection policies in their\n\nTue Dec 09 22:10:31 2025 Iowa Code 2026, Chapter 455E (37, 1) §455E.10, GROUNDWATER PROTECTION 4\n\nprograms.
