Chapter 1, Article 25 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Recall Act".

Recompilations. — Laws 2019, ch. 212, 159 recompiled and amended former 22-7-1 NMSA
1978 as 1-25-1 NMSA 1978, effective April 3, 2019.

The 2019 amendment, effective April 3, 2019, changed the name of the "Local School Board
Member Recall Act" to the "Recall Act" and deleted "Chapter 22, Article 7" and added "Chapter
1, Article 25".

The 2018 amendment, effective July 1, 2018, changed "This act" to "Chapter 22, Article 7
NMSA 1978".
