Rule 501.1. Appeals from the Alaska Workers’ Compensation Appeals Commission.

(a) The “trial court” referred to in Part Five of these rules includes the Alaska Workers’ Compensation Appeals Commi- ssion, if that commission entered the decision being appealed under AS 23.30.129.

(b) The “judgment” referred to in Part Five of these rules includes the final decision of the Alaska Workers’ Compensa- tion Appeals Commission, if that commission entered the decision being appealed under AS 23.30.129.
