Rule 21. Involuntary Commitments and Involuntary Administration of Medications—Case Cap- tions. In all cases involving involuntary commitments and cases involving the involuntary administration of medications, the caption must provide, “In the Matter of Necessity for the Hospitalization of ______________.” (Enacted by SCO 1744 effective April 15, 2011)
