Judgment and order reversed on the law and facts and a new trial granted, with costs to the appellants to abide the event, on the ground that the verdict is against the weight of evidence. All concur, except McCurn, J., who dissents and votes for affirmance. (The judgment is for defendants in an automobile negligence action. The order denies a motion for a new trial.) Present — McCurn, Larkin, Love, Vaughan and Kimball, JJ.
