In an action to recover damages for injuries to person and property, the appeal is from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, entered upon a jury’s verdict, in favor of respondents. The corporate respondent’s motor vehicle, while being operated by the individual respondent, was struck in the rear by the appellant’s motor vehicle, causing the injuries complained of.
