Lead Opinion

In re: The Magnum Corporation applying for 'Certiorari or Writ of Review to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, Parish of Lafayette. 293 So.2d 582.

Writ denied. No error of law.

Concurrence

BARHAM, J.,

concurs. The judgment is correct. Relator misconstrues the holding. The appellate court has correctly held that absolute right of review of administrative adjudication must be allowed. It read full review right into the statute here. The permissive use of writ of certiorari is an additional remedy to review by the district court.
