Writ denied. Before the District Attorney refused charges in connection with relator’s arrest for resisting an officer and for a drug offense, he was rearrested and charged with aggravated oral sexual battery on January 13, 1994. Magistrate’s section records reflect that a hearing is scheduled for March 15, 1994.
