On Return to Remand

PATTERSON, Judge.

We remanded this case to trial court with instructions to hold a hearing to determine the correct date Scott W. Taylor was due to be released from incarceration. 686 So.2d 1313 (Ala.Cr.App.1996). The trial court ordered that Taylor be released immediately; thus, Taylor has been granted the relief he sought. This appeal is therefore moot and is due to be, and it is hereby, dismissed.

APPEAL DISMISSED.

All Judges concur.
