Sec. 1-10A. Definition of ‘‘Media’’ For purposes of these rules, ‘‘media’’ means any person or entity that is regularly engaged in the gathering and dissemination of news and that is approved by the Office of the Chief Court Administrator. (Adopted June 29, 2007, to take effect Jan. 1, 2008.)
