Sec. 14-5. Definition of Administrative Appeals For the purposes of these rules, administrative appeals are those appeals taken pursuant to statute from decisions of officers, boards, commissions or agencies of the state or of any political subdivision of the state, and include specifically appeals taken pursuant to: (1) chapter 54 of the General Statutes; (2) chapters 124 through 134 of the General Statutes; or (3) other enabling legislation.
