Sec. 17-28. —Enforcement of Judgment Execution upon such judgment shall be stayed until twenty days after the clerk receives from the plaintiff, or the plaintiff’s attorney, one copy of the judgment and notice to all parties, with a certifica- tion that one copy thereof was served upon each judgment debtor. Service and proof thereof must be made in accordance with Sections 10-12 through 10-14. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 361.)
