Sec. 2-78. —Attorney’s Fee for Prosecuting Claim No attorney shall accept any fee for prosecuting a claim on behalf of a claimant, except where specifically approved by the client security fund committee for payment out of the award. (Adopted June 29, 1998, to take effect Jan. 1, 1999.)
