Conn. Practice Book § 20-5 (2026)

Sec. 20-5. Lodging Papers in Cause Affecting Land In all causes relating to an interest in land, tried by a judge, the judge shall lodge the file and papers in the cause, with a memorandum of the judge’s decision, with a clerk of the court in the judicial district in which the land affected is located, who shall thereupon become their lawful custodian.
