Sec. 21-7. Presentation and Allowance of Claims; Presentation The court shall, in the judgment appointing a permanent receiver, limit a time for the presenta- tion of claims against the estate and direct that the receiver forthwith give notice thereof, and that all claims not exhibited within said time will be barred, to all known creditors, by mailing a written or printed copy of such order. The court may pro- vide for further notice if it deems the same advis- able. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 492.)
