Sec. 25-17. —Date for Hearing The hearing on the motion shall be held not less than fifteen days following the filing of the motion, unless the judicial authority otherwise directs. (P.B. 1998.) (Amended June 14, 2024, to take effect Jan. 1, 2025.)
