Sec. 25-29. Notice of Orders for Support or Alimony In all dissolution of marriage or civil union, legal separation, annulment, custody or visitation actions, such notice as the judicial authority shall direct shall be given to nonappearing parties of any orders for support or alimony. No such order shall be effective until the order of notice shall have been complied with or the nonappearing party has actually received notice of such orders. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 462.)
