Sec. 25a-10. —Motion To Cite in New Parties Any motion to cite in or to admit new parties must comply with Section 11-1 and state briefly the grounds upon which it is made. In Title IV-D child support matters, a motion to cite in or to admit new parties is limited to a parent, legal custodian or guardian. (Adopted June 21, 2010, to take effect Aug. 1, 2010.)
