Sec. 25a-1A. Notice of Title IV-D Child Support Enforcement Services (a) In any Title IV-D support case as defined by General Statutes § 46b-231, the Title IV-D agency, or one of its cooperative agencies, shall file a notice, on a form prescribed by the Office of the Chief Court Administrator, that the parties or child are receiving child support enforcement services. (b) Upon termination of child support enforcement services, the Title IV-D agency, or one of its cooperative agencies, shall file a notice, on a form prescribed by the Office of the Chief Court Administrator, that the Title IV-D support case is closed. (Adopted June 24, 2016, to take effect Jan. 1, 2017.)
