Sec. 30-2A. Nondelinquent Juvenile Runaway from Another State and Detention (Amended June 11, 2021, to take effect Jan. 1, 2022.) No nondelinquent juvenile runaway from another state may be held in a juvenile residential center in accordance with the provisions of General Statutes § 46b-151h.
